Shipping - Order Processing

• Please note: Most items are constructed when an order is placed.
• This normally takes between 2-3 weeks, and is sent out quickly afterwards. If an item is in stock it will usually be sent out in a day or two. Progress of orders can be checked in the User section. We send out a notification by e-mail when items are shipped with any tracking information if available.
• Rush orders: if an item is required for a certain date, we will try to accommodate, please e-mail us first to discuss project and viability.

Shipping Fees (all prices in USD)

Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Generally they are shipped by Canada Post with Air Mail or Expedited Parcel service. Xpresspost service is an option for faster delivery at an additional cost. We also reserve the right to use other shipping carrriers at our discretion.

Canada
$5 first item + $2 each additional item. Expedited Service (including tracking number and insurance) Shipping time: approx. 6-10 business days.
For Xpress post delivery add $7 to total. Takes from 2-4 business days (dependant upon location) after order has been sent.

United States
$9 first item + $2 each additional item. Expedited Service (including tracking number and insurance) Shipping time: approx. 6 -14 days

For Xpress post delivery add $7 to total. Takes approx. 3-7  business days (dependant upon location).

*PLEASE NOTE: there may be additional fees – duties or excise tax that customer will be required to pay upon delivery. We are unable to quote these fees ahead of time. Contact your countries export agencies.

International
$10 first item + $6 each additional item. Air Mail Shipping time: approx 7-10 business days (dependant upon location)

(Xpress Post is available to certain International destinations, if you would like to inquire about this service please e-mail us with your address, prices usually start at approx $40 and is usually guaranteed to arrive in a set number of business days. Has tracking number and insurance)

If alternate shipping methods are prefered, we will be happy to arrange delivery on your behalf.

At this time we are able to accept returns on an exchange only basis. E-mail us in advance of placing a return. We will give you the address of where to ship returns as well as discuss how to accommodate your exchange.

Please note the size measurements to make sure your garment will fit when ordering. If you have any questions about fit, please e-mail us with any questions or concerns and we can give you more information about the fit of specific garments.

All items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of use or having been worn. Return shipping will not be refundable.

If an item appears to have been worn or sent back in a questionable condition, it will be returned to the customer.

If an item is faulty we will gladly exchange it for another at our shipping expense, although return postage will not be recompensed.
